Profile
Although I studied illustration in college I have been sculpting for more than twenty years. Historical portraits and both realistic and abstract figurative works have been my primary interest. My goal has been to have the viewer feel the emotion I want to express. In the realistic works I do that by replicating body language and capturing the very subtle facial expressions. My more abstract work tends to be more personal and sometimes whimsical.
Workshops Under
Lincoln Fox, George Lundeen, Larry Ludke, Dr. Stedman, Stanley Bleifled, Billy Ray Magnum, Ann Templeton, and Annie OBrien Gonzales. I have taken many classes because they are fun and there is always something to learn.
